Katie Terpstra has been with Applied Marketing Sciences since its inception. Ms. Terpstra specializes in database development and information mining for economic development and commercial real estate organizations. Ms. Terpstra also handles all the unique and complex client project requests. She also routinely tests new information sources to keep Applied Marketing Sciences continually evolving towards improved and precise targeting. Ms. Terpstra has over 8 years of experience in target marketing and database management.
Ms. Terpstra has been an integral part of the project team on numerous research projects, most notably: the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Greater Houston Partnership, the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County, and International Business Wales on the economic development side and Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle on the commercial real estate side. Ms. Terpstra graduated with honors from Hope College (Holland, MI) with a BA in Communication.
